Findings 5

Respondent 5 (R5)

The Facebook postings of R5 implies her has the Neuroticism personality. The language that she had used in her postings is always full of anger. Therefore, it makes me decided to put her under the category of Neuroticism.

R5 had answered the questions which reflects she is neuroticism. Based on the pie chart, the highest percentage is the Neuroticism personality, which is 75%. R5 also has the other personalities such as Extroversion, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness and Openness to Experience that is 10%, 7%, 5%, and 3% respectively.

Based on the research findings using Survey Monkey questionnaire to R5, it is found that there is significant correlation between R5’s language in Facebook with the true personality.

Friend of Respondent 5 (R5)

F5 had answered most of the questions which reflects R5 as neuroticism. It is proven that my assumption is correct.

Meanwhile from the research, F5 had put R5 into the Neuroticism personality. F5 had answered most of the questions which reflects that R5 is neuroticism. The percentage of the questions in the Neuroticism category which answered by F5 has reached the same level with R5. It consists of 75%. From F5’s response, R5 is also relates to the other personalities which is Agreeableness(10%), Conscientiousness(7%), Openness to Experience(5%) and only 3% of Extroversion.

Based on the research findings using Survey Monkey questionnaire to F5, it is found that there is significant correlation between R5’s language in Facebook with the true personality.

Findings 4

Respondent 4 (R4)

From the assumption I made, R4 owns the personality of Agreeableness. After analyzing the answers, R4 has the Agreeableness personality which proves that my assumption is correct.

From the overall result, R4 shows the Agreeableness personality by answered most of the questions in the category of Agreeableness. Based on the pie chart, R4 reflects himself as an agreeableness person as the percentage shown is 52%, followed by the Extroversion (23%), Conscientiousness(16%) , and a slightly difference in between Openness to Experience(5%) and Neuroticism(4%).

Based on the research findings using Survey Monkey questionnaire to R4, it is found that there is significant correlation between the language in Facebook with the true personality of R4.

Friend of Respondent 4 (F4)

Based on the research from F4, the result shows that R4 has the characteristic of Agreeableness which is exactly the same with my assumption. Both R4 and F4 have the same opinion that R4 is categorized into the personality of Agreeableness.

It was proven that my assumption is accurate when F4 has marked R4 as an agreeableness person with the percentage of 49%, followed by Extroversion(17%), Openness to Experience(16%), Conscientiousness(12%) and Neuroticism(6%).

Based on the research findings using Survey Monkey questionnaire to F4, it is found that there is significant correlation between R4’s language in Facebook with the true personality.

Findings 3

Respondent 3 (R3)

Based on the findings of R3, I discovered that R3 suits the Extroversion personality very well. My assumption was proven right when he answered most of the questions which indicates that he owns an Extroversion personality.

R3 not only has the personality of the Extroversion which is 59% from the overall results but he also owns the personality of the Agreeableness(14%), followed by Conscientiousness(12%), Openness to Experience(9%) and Neuroticism (6%).

Based on the research findings using Survey Monkey questionnaire to R3, it is found that there is significant correlation between the language in Facebook with the true personality of R3.

Friend of Respondent 3 (F3)

However, based on the result that I had collected from F3, I had found that my assumption towards R3 is wrong. F3 shows the answers that R3 belongs to the category of Agreeableness.

The pie chart shows that F3’s feedback according to R3 personality from the questionnaire. F3 thinks that R3 has most of the personality of Agreeableness instead of the Extroversion personality. From the research, F3 has reached 41% of Agreeableness personality. The second highest percentage of the personality is the Extroversion(24%), followed by the Conscientiousness(16%), Neuroticism(11%) and Openness to Experience(8%).

Based on the research findings using surveyMonkey questionnaire to F3, it is found that there is no significant correlation between the language in Facebook with the true personality of R3.

Findings 2

Respondent 2 (R2)

My initial assumption towards R2 was that she is someone with the personality of Conscientiousness based on her Facebook postings. However, my assumption was proven wrong when I received the answer from her that shows R2 belongs to the personality of the Extroversion.

From the pie chart, R2 had chosen the most of the questions for the personality of the Extroversion which is 58%, followed by the Openness to Experience (15%), Conscientiousness (12%),Neuroticism for 9% and only 6% of Agreeableness.

Based on the research findings using Survey Monkey questionnaire to R2, it is found that there is no significant correlation between the language in Facebook with the true personality of R2.

Friend of Respondent 2 (F2)

The result that I received from F2 is different with the result from R2. My initial assumption was proven right which means F2 is categorized in the Conscientiousness personality.

According to the answers from F2, the result implies that R2 is a Conscientiousness person as the percentage of the Conscientiousness is 58%. For the other domains, Openness to Experience has reached 19%. The next is Neuroticism which consists of 11%, Agreeableness (8%), and Extroversion (4%).

Based on the research findings using Survey Monkey questionnaire to F2, it is found that there is significant correlation between the language in Facebook with the true personality of R2.

Findings 1

Respondent 1 (R1)

Based on the Facebook postings that I have been collected from the R1, I had made an assumption that the R1 owns the personality of the Openness to Experience. It was proven that my assumption is right from R1’s questionnaire.

The pie chart reflects the total result of the questionnaire from R1. It is obvious that the R1 belongs to the personality of the Openness to Experience which covers 56%. Meanwhile, R1 has reached 22% for the domains of Conscientiousness and the same percentage of Extroversion and Neuroticism which are 11%. However, the result shows that R1 did not choose any answers which reflects the personality of Agreeableness.

Based on the research findings using Survey Monkey questionnaire to R1, it is found that there is significant correlation between R1’s language in Facebook with her true personality.

Friend of Respondent 1 (F1)

According to the response from F1, it is clearly that my assumption towards R1 is true when R1 is categorized into the Openness to Experience personality. The feedback from F1 reflects that F1 has answered most of the questions which belongs to the Openness to Experience personality.

The pie chart shows the results of R1’s Big Five Personality according to F1. The response from F1 is mainly grouped into the Openness to Experience personality which consists of 36%. F1 thinks that R1 also has the other personality such as the Conscientiousness personality with 32% followed by Extroversion with 14%, Agreeableness with 11% and Neuroticism with 7%.

Based on the research findings using Survey Monkey questionnaire to F1, it is found that there is no significant correlation between R1’s language in Facebook with the true personality of R1.

A Touching Chinese ♥ Story

I have a touching love story to share.
It was happened in 4 November 2010.
It is an online article.

Love seemed like an impossible dream for Dong Zhiyuan and Yuan Wanyu before they got to know each other through the internet over a year ago.
Dong, a 23-year-old from a remote county named Tai’an in northeast China’s Liaoning Province, was born with congenital rickets and is only 80 centimetres in height. He has been dubbed “Mini Boy” or “Shorty”.
Yuan, 21, was badly disfigured due to an accident when she was a one-year-old baby. She has no fingers on her left hand and a badly burnt nose. For 20 years, she had been unable to close her eyes due to the disfigurement.
Dong, due to his physically-disability, spent most of his childhood in bed since he was prone to fractures and was thus home schooled.
When he was 18, he asked his mother to buy him a second-hand computer, determined to be a useful man rather than a burden to the society. With dedication and self-discipline, he became very savvy in website construction and internet technology.
A founder of four websites and an operation supervisor of seven websites, he is now an IT clerk of an information services company in Anshan, regional capital of his hometown.
News of Dong conquering physical and social challenges spread beyond his hometown and tugged at the heartstrings of Yuan who was living in south China’s Guangdong Province.
Financial difficulties of her family had forced Yuan to give up her college dream. The discrimination caused by her disfigurement also robbed the high-school graduate of many job opportunities, throwing her into despair.
In 2009, Yuan, dejected after several unsuccessful job interviews, found a confidant on a head-hunting website for the disabled.
That confidant was none other than Dong. Being in the same boat as Dong, Yuan found herself falling in love with Dong.
“He is a very kind man,” said Yuan.
In early April this year, Dong confessed his feelings to Yuan. “I love her from my heart,” Dong said, “and I will warm her heart all my life.”
Yuan was deeply touched by Dong’s genuine confession and soon moved to his home in Liaoning.

In order to heal Yuan’s eye problem, Dong withdrew all his savings and brought the Yuan to Shenyang, capital of Liaoning Province, for cosmetic surgery.

Love conquers. Getting to know of the couple’s story, Shenyang Xiehe Cosmetic Hospital waived the 100,000 yuan (around 15,000 USD) surgery fees.

After the first round of surgery, Yuan is now one step closer to become a normal girl.
Meanwhile, Dong got a new start in his career. He set up a vegetable plantation and provided green vegetables to local residents and city dwellers.

“To me, Yuan is the holiest and most gorgeous girl in the world,” Dong said, “I will marry her after she completes all the surgeries so that she can finally put on a beautiful wedding dress. No matter what happens, Wanyu and I will face up to it together.

This is such a sweet love story…..one that touches hearts and gives hope to others.

To me, life is really beautiful.
It really is.
Just remember that beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder.

Twinkle Twinkle

“Twinkle Twinkle Little Star” was my favorite nursery rhyme. The melody of the song is really comfortable. In this animated video, the owl flies to the sky to find the star and they fly together to find their dream. But it’s just too sad that both of them cannot be friends at the end of the video. It is a beautiful animated video. The first time I watch the video, I was about to cry and I don’t know why. Honestly, this song brought me back to my childhood. This was the first song I ever sang. This song made my heart broken. It is really touched. I am 20 years old now and I am still loved this song.

The lyrics are simple but it brings a lot of inspiration to me when I was depressed.

While another “Twinkle” song by Girls’ Generation is my favorite song too. Girls’ Generation has launched a sub-unit called TaeTiSeo to perform the “Twinkle” song.
The sub-ubit means they temporarily took 3 members from another group called Girls’ Generation which has 9 members. TaeTiSeo, imaginatively named after the unit’s members Taeyeon, Tiffany and Seohyun. To me, the accompanying music video is full of gorgeous colors and exquisite decoration.

They play three superstar singers who have all in the elegant visual. Moreover, TaeTiSeo pose for the paparazzi and they show their dance steps beautifully. This song is really twinkling and I never get bored for listening to this song.
